1. Raw Material Inspection
All raw materials such as paperboard and corrugated sheets are carefully inspected for quality, strength, and thickness before entering the production process.
2. Printing Quality Check
During the printing stage, our team checks color accuracy, design alignment, and print clarity to ensure that the packaging meets the required branding standards.
3. Die Cutting & Finishing Inspection
After die cutting and finishing, cartons are checked for correct shape, size, and clean edges to ensure proper folding and assembly.
4. Structural Strength Testing
Boxes are tested for durability and strength to ensure they can withstand handling, stacking, and transportation without damage.
5. Final Product Inspection
Before dispatch, finished products undergo a final quality check to verify dimensions, printing quality, and overall packaging standards.
6. Safe Packing & Dispatch
Approved products are securely packed and prepared for delivery to ensure they reach customers in perfect condition
